Vintage Look Miniature Dollhouse Bedding

Work Description

Seeing pictures of vintage bedding inspired this sewing project. I measured the dollhouse bed I needed to use, and made bedding with colorful fabric. Some of the fabric was found in my stash of vintage fabrics. The cotton fabric is bright and vibrant. I made a little dollhouse mattress, flat sheet that folded back over a wool blanket. The comforter had ruffles on both sides. Then I made several different sized pillows. Larger in the back and smaller in the front. The end result looked wonderful! I painted the dollhouse furniture to coordinate with the bedding.
