Work Description
I fell in love with the stand up collar and winged sleeves detail on this romper and decided to play around with colour blocking the different panels. This pattern has plenty of ease, I made a straight size 8 but ended up narrowing the legs slightly for a more tailored look. Instead of the tie belt I added a 4cm elastic channel to the waistband and also added elastic to the hems on the legs, I think it creates a more sporty look! It's a great pattern, I would love to make it again as a shirt using just the top half :)
