Work Description

This design is based on a character from one of Jane Austen's classic books. This is Elinor Dashwood from Sense & Sensibility, which was published in 1811. She is a knitted egg cosy and is 13cms tall. The doll's body and head are knitted all in one. She wears an empire line dress where the skirt is high waisted and fits under the bust. The bonnet is detachable. The head & bodice is lightly stuffed. This is a really quick knit.
