About erbsuende
erbsuende is a fashion and design label based in Munich, founded in 2013 by Ilka Matthiessen, mother of three daughters aged 11 to 24.
I have just begun the process of translating my sewing patterns into English. You will gradually find them available for download here in my makerist shop. All of my sewing patterns are also available as paper patterns on www.erbsuende.com. We have all our sewing patterns thoroughly tested by our sample sewists in every single size. Alongside achieving the perfect fit, the versatility of the patterns is very important to me. Almost all of my sewing patterns include various variations, which can be sewn by beginners as well, thanks to the detailed, illustrated sewing instructions.

Our Women's Sewing Patterns
When creating my sewing patterns, I take into account the unique features of the female figure to create visually pleasing silhouettes. My goal is to improve women's body consciousness and show them that with the right garment, they can feel beautiful in any size. That's why most of my sewing patterns go up to size 54/56/58, and some even up to 60.
