Bluestockinette

Bluestockinette's focus is on Boho & Vintage Modern knitting and crochet patterns. Hi I'm Christina the designer of Bluestockinette, I started knitting and crocheting about 6 years ago and opened my first online shop a year later. The name Bluestockinette is a play on words: Blue is name of our cat (and design consultant), bluestocking a term for bookish well educated ladies, and the classic stockinette stitch. My designs are inspired by the bucolic countryside of our small farming town located in Beecher IL- USA, vintage aesthetics, and the tactile beauty of natural fibers.
