Large Pencil Shaped Case
Work Description
As always I started with gathering all the materials. The first thing I noticed in the original version is that the front and back are identical. A bought pencil has a alternating pattern so I adopted that idea. I used leftover fabrics from previous makes. Cutting all the parts out of the fabric took some time, but the sewing together was easy and enjoyable while seeing the pencil case come together. I added some leftover batting to make my version of the pencil case a little fuller but also a little sturdier.
