Basic dress with shirring

Work Description

While on holiday in Denver, CO I went to this amazing crafts store and found a really great pattern for easy dresses - and a cool graphic fabric. It really was easy - except the shirring. I bought the special thread and must have tried it three times before giving up and just sewing in an elastic band. That is however probably due to my sewing machine. You can vary the hem to have it straight or shorter in the front and longer in the back.
