1- makerist GmbH (from here on 'makerist') refers to the technical platform and the services of Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ('Facebook'), for the information services offered here.

It is unknown to us and ultimately not stated by Facebook, in which ways they (Facebook) use the data collected from visitors to Facebook sites, to what extent activities on the Facebook site are allocated to individual users, for how long Facebook stores this data and whether or not this data is transferred to third parties when visiting the Facebook site. When you as a user access an Facebook site the IP address assigned to your computer or mobile device is transmitted to Facebook. It is possible that Facebook is able to allocate IP addresses to individual users. If you are currently logged into Facebook as a user, you will find a cookie on your computer or mobile device with your Facebook identifier. Thereby Facebook is able to trace your visits to the site and how you used it. This applies for your visits to all other Facebook pages.
