The Y-dress has a very special cut, the bust darts lead to the front centre and form the name-giving ‘Y’ there. The Y-dress is sewn from woven fabric, which can be elastic or non-elastic, in the latter case the dress is cut in the diagonal grainline. The dress offers a variety of possibilities, it has a V-neck as well as a round neckline in front, in the back you also have the choice between a high closed back and a low cut V-back. You can combine it with a circle skirt or a pencil skirt, the latter also makes a real eye-catcher with the peplum . Thanks to the two separate pattern pieces for A-C and D+ cups, it adapts well to your figure. In addition, the instructions contain 3 pages of graphics to adjust the pattern, so that you really come to your perfect dress.
The instructions show you how to move the bust darts, adjust the pattern and sew. The e-Book is only suitable for advanced or very ambitious seamstresses.
The pattern and instructions have been put through their paces by my team during the sample sewing process. With the pattern you get a step-by-step instruction with detailed pictures and descriptions.
Pattern created by an experienced seamstress.
