Vinnje Slipover has a slightly oversize fit and is worked seamlessly top down. First, the back piece is worked flat, while the shoulders are shaped with increases in rs- and ws-rows. Furthermore, you work increases for the armhole openings. You then work the front piece; at the same time the neckline is shaped and the armhole openings are worked with increases. Front and back piece are placed on the same needle and the body is worked in rounds.By shifting the stitches, the pattern at the lower front piece is shaped by increases and decreases. The slipover’s neckband is worked from picked up stitches around the neckline and the ribbings at the armhole openings are worked from picked up stitches, too. They are then worked in rounds.
