LEO (Pattern and tutorial available in English and French)
REVERSIBLE UNISEX ROMPER SIZES NEWBORN TO 36 MONTHS LEVEL: INTERMEDIATE
This pattern and tutorial allow you to create a completely reversible unisex romper with beautiful details and a seamless finish.
The LEO Reversible Romper along with all ATELIER MIMITO patterns, were designed for your child to grow into so you don’t have to change their wardrobe every few months, however I do offer multiple sizes as every baby is different.
Please follow the measurements chart to see where your baby would be the most comfortable in and don’t hesitate to choose a size up so your little one has room to grow.
This pattern is restricted to personal use only. You may not share, copy or resell this pattern in any form to anyone and items made from this pattern may not be sold.
Sizes:
0 to 3 months 3 to 6 months 6 to 12 months 12 to 18 months 18 to 24 months 24 to 36 months
Recommended fabrics:
I particularly enjoy and recommend natural, recycled and sustainable fabrics. Linen being my favourite I would suggest you choose a medium weight woven fabric for best results such as cotton, hemp and linen.
Supplies:
~Two different types of fabrics ~Matching threads ~One button ~Three pressure buttons or normal buttons ~ Elastic 1/4” or 8mm wide.
PDF sewing pattern:
Please note: This pattern contains three files. A PROJECTOR file, a COPY SHOP file and a PRINT AT HOME file. If using Adobe Acrobat, you can choose to display or print only the size you need by selecting the corresponding layer.
The PROJECTOR file can be opened using Adobe Acrobat. You can deselect the sizes you do not need and display only your desired size. Ensure your projector is calibrated and measure the check square to ensure the pattern is at the correct scale. If using dark-coloured fabric, change the colour setting of the projector file so the pattern and text are easier to see.
The Copy Shop file can be printed at any printing store onto a large piece of paper. It needs to be printed true to size at scale 100%. This specific file fits onto an A1 paper or US equivalent. Remember to measure the test square at the store before you go home to ensure your pattern has been printed correctly.
The Print At Home file can be printed at home with any standard printer at 100% scale. It contains 10 pages that you need to assemble by cutting the margins and taping the pages together following the numbers indicated on each page. This file suits both A4 and US Letter printers. Remember to measure the test square to ensure your pattern has been printed at the correct scale.
