Sew a lovely Daisy tunic with help from this digital PDF sewing pattern and step-by-step video and photo tutorials.
The size range is age 1-2 up to 5-6.
The dress has slim long or short sleeves with a turn up. As a fastening I have used snap poppers from Babyville (Kam Snaps), which I love as they come in so many colors and are reasonably priced at Walmart. So if you are scared of doing a button hole, this pattern uses the easy poppers and the fastening also is very pretty.
You will learn how to apply a facing, create a simple but effective hem finish and use a serger to close some of the seams. If you haven't got a serger you should use an overcast stitch to neaten the edges. As Jersey doesn't fray you could even leave the edges as they are.
Whether you are an expert or just starting out the video tutorial will make it very clear what you have to do. If you are unsure if you can handle this pattern then simply watch the video to reassure yourself before you purchase the pattern.
The pattern is available for immediate download so you can get started straight away.
None of my patterns are multi sized so there is one size per file, this saves a lot of paper and confusion as to which line you have to cut.
