The TeaCosyFolk's Gamer Tea Cosy six page knitting pattern is such a lovely project to knit for anyone that you know who is heavily into gaming.
This tea cosy character is wearing a space invaders t-shirt. This design is worked from a chart and knitted into the main part of the tea cosy.
The space invaders design is knitted in intarsia from a chart, but you could swiss darn on tot he knitting afterwards or simply miss it out all together.
His hair is messy and unbrushed; you don't need to worry about your appearance for gaming. On his head he is wearing earphones so that no one else has to suffer the music, jingles and endless bangs and explosions. He has the tell-tale hypnotised eyes, it's obviously been a long session.
In the gamer's hands in the controller. It has a blue light on the front and two joy sticks that his thumbs are attached to. I love his hands and the single digits, they make him look as if he's really pressing the buttons.
He's a cute tea cosy and very stereotypical of what we thing a gamer might look like. He's perfect for the avid gamer in your life.
The pattern includes a link to a Youtube help video for the loopy hair.
The Gamer tea cosy fits a medium sized tea pot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting him very soon!
This product is the knitting pattern only to make your own Gamer tea cosy.

I design and knit unique tea cosies. I really love designing exciting and unusual tea cosies, its great fun and people don’t mind having an over the top tea cosy. Plus they are a great talking point at tea time and make for brilliant knitting projects.
I have quite a following with regular customers who regularly buy my latest designs from my website TeaCosyFolk.co.uk
I have had a couple of patterns printed in the Simply Knitting Magazine, which is very exciting.
