Taunton is a top-down, pullover sweater with gentle waist shaping that gives way to a slight A-line look. It is knit in-the-round with a fair isle pattern on both the yoke and sleeves. Short rows are used to shape the neckline after the fair isle yoke pattern is completed. A combination of garter and simple slip stitches adorns the neckband, cuffs and bottom band making for a unique edging on the sweater.
Information for adjusting sleeve and body length are included in the pattern. The fair isle motifs are both written and charted. The written pattern is included as a zip file Video tutorials are included for the short row shaping and edging stitch.
Sweater is worn with 0" to 2" recommended ease at the bust.
