A trapezoidal cable and rib cowl worked seamlessly in rib and tapered with decreases for the neck. Matching fingerless mitts in cable rib pattern fit the hands snuggly and warmly.
One Size Fits All Adults Dimensions: Cowl: 8 ½”, (12) long, 22” circumference at neck (moderately stretched), 28” circumference at widest part (slightly stretched) Mitts (when worn): 7.2” circumference, 6 ½” long (the mitts are meant to fit snuggly, so the length and width will be different when worn versus not worn)
Materials 190, (250)—yards for COWL, I used Madelinetosh Tosh DK (225 yards each), in color Ink for smaller cowl, and Madelinetosh Pashmina Worsted (210 yards each) in Betty Draper’s Blue for larger cowl.
100—yards for MITTS, show in Pashmina Worsted, can be worked in either yarn. (shown in Betty Draper’s Blue color)
