Materials you need at home:
- You will need, 10" of main fabric for the base and for the sides;14 1/4" x 8 1/2" - interior lining for the sides; ,
- 13 1/2" x 9 1/2" - aluminized ironing board cover fabric
- Stabilizer Pellon 926 - 13 1/2 " x 9 1/2"; You can also replace it with one of these stabilizers Pellon Peltex 71F/ Pellon Peltex 72F/ Pellon Flex-Foam FF-77 or other. Fabric for the pockets - 3 pieces 9 1/2" x 8"; Lining for pockets - 3 pieces 9 1/2" x 8"; 75" of double fold binding of matching color, 3/8" width; Three 9" zippers for pockets; One 24" double puller (or regular) zipper; Piece of felt 2 1/2" x 4" for pincushion., Sewing machine (regular, straight stitch), zipper foot (preferable, but not necessary)

The design of this bag also allows to insert 4" x 8" ruler UNDER the pockets, which made this bag very handy and convenient. Ironing pad with aluminized ironing board cover fabric inside, instead of regular lining, allows to use this bag when open flat for multiple small projects when miniature iron is involved, i.e. paper piecing, fusible applique, freezer paper etc.
Individual zippered pockets and easy to make and attach to the side panels. Double puller zipper on the top with double pullers makes it easier to open from the center to both sides.
Zipper tabs can be used as handles.
This bag can be used as an organizer for sewing, crafts, as well as cosmetic bag or travel organizer.
