Plic-Ploc is a top-down sleeveless vest for our litlle ones. The two offered options make it a good unisex pattern : a « vest » option, perfect for baby boys ; a « cardigan » option, adorable for baby girls.
Worked from the top down, this patterns uses Contiguous Method from Susie Myers to create the shoulders. Fronts and back are then worked flat separately until underarms. Finally, depending on the chosen option, body is worked in the round (for the « vest » option) or flat (for the « cardigan » option). You may want to add a lace border to the body to give a little more refinement to the garnment (written explanation only, no chart).
