The DARLA shoulder bag offers three different size options, convenient for any occasion. The smallest version, a vertical rectangle, will allow you to easily carry along your wallet, your phone and a small book. The square medium version can contain a few more personal effects. The large size, which is a horizontal rectangle, is perfect for most 16’’ portable computers.
The DARLA bag, closed on top with a zipper and entirely lined, is equipped with a front pocket and flap, a back zipped pocket, an inside zipped pocket and a inside divider. The strap can be adjustable or not.
For perfect finishing in final assembly, choose between French seams or hide the seams with a bias tape, in which case you may also want to add decorative corded piping around the periphery. As options, you may also decide to add a keychain inside your bag or pad it if you wish to use it as a computer bag.

Atelier Adriette
Adriette was my grandma's nickname for me, as she supervised my first sewing steps, when I was 8. After a long series of cicada printed lavender bags (Provence style), I put sewing aside for 20 years, before diving back in 200% when my oldest was born (like quite a few seamstresses). Now, I sew for my kids, my friends and myself. So when I design a fun garnment, and people like it, I just have to share!
