Finished Measurement: Directions are written for a “one size fits most”, with XL version in brackets. Neckline: 28” 32” circumference, or 14” 16” across from shoulder to shoulder. Length excluding neckline: 14”, though easily adjustable by adding additional rows, which is noted in the pattern.
