Pavonis is a beautifully wearable sleeved wrap. Peacock-inspired beaded lace is the focal point of this asymmetrical, seamless garment, worked as a rectangle end to end with sleeves added afterward.
The main body and sleeves are worked in reverse stocking stitch, with columns of eyelets to define the long edges. Keeping the main fabric plain with dramatic deep, flared lace borders creates a clean, un-fussy yet impactful style, while showing off a lustrous hand-dyed yarn.
Offered in four sizes that cover a wide range, it is easy to adjust for a perfect fit.

I've been designing my own knitted creations since high school, and more recently put my publishing skills (from a career in newspaper and magazine production) to work in pattern writing. I love to create fresh, beautiful designs with thoughtful details and skill-boosting techniques that help knitters to expand their horizons.
