This pattern is the ENGLISH-Version of our popular Skirt „ruckzuck“. This means: it’s very easy and fast to sew – in no time at all. ( There is a separate listing for the pattern in German. )

Skirt „easy and fast“ is a narrow fit but yet comfortable skirt with a front length of 20 ½ inches (52 cm). The skirts ends at the knees (approx.) but you can modify it if desired (shorter, longer, wider...). Besides you can sew this skirt with an alternativ waist and choose a nice cuff (or jersey).

You can sew it in a straight line or A-line. The pattern is from size 8 up to 16 and in addition you will find hints for a simple modification into size 6 and 18- it’s accurately described. The instruction is very easy and specially suitable for beginners. This skirt can be sewn without a zipper. You just pull the skirt over your head and shoulders (because it fits on your hips (not waist-high) and the skirt’s waistband is wide enough to pass your shoulders.

All steps of making this skirt are described in the booklet, so that creating can be fun and relaxing.

Recommended fabric: Lightweight cotton fabrics, jersey (cotton/lycra) or woven fabrics, or even heavyweight fabrics for your autumn oder wintercollection (wool, cord)

It’s a solid and detailed description of each step in the making of this garment. It includes drawings, explanatory text and tips. If you’re a beginner, it will be a really good opportunity for you to develop your sewing skills. The tutorial also includes a size chart. All measurements are listed in cm and inch.
