This traditional Aran sweater is made with 100% natural wool and features a combination of cable patterns, some dating back over 100 years. Twisted stitches are incorporated into a rib cable. A large diamond cable pattern centers the garment. Moss Stitch is used on the sides so armhole shaping doesn’t cut into cabling. Cabled collar adds to the neckline and bobbles accentuate the hem and cuffs. Garment is worked flat from the bottom up and is charted. When worked with natural fibers this is sure to become an heirloom favorite to be enjoyed for decades.
