Nillsa Socks are worked with the magic loop method. The heel with gusset is shaped with a reinforced heel cap that is worked with slip stitches and short rows. The socks in pretty fair isle pattern always look different depending on the colour combination.

Recommended needles 1 circular needle 2,5 mm (2,5 mm) 2,75 mm (2,75 mm), min. 80 cm long.

Gauge Knit a gauge swatch first and adjust the needle size if necessary.

Size 36/37 (38/39) 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch = 36 sts x 38 rounds on needle 2,5 – 2,75 mm. Size 40/41 (42/43) 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch = 34 sts x 36 rounds on needle 2,75 – 3 mm.

The difference in size results from the use of different needle sizes. For larger legs, I recommend increasing the needle size by 0,25 mm.
