THE STASH GOBBLERS #03
Owls, owls, everywhere owls! They sit on window sills and sideboards, hide in bags or even find a new home under your blanket. You only need leftover yarn in as many colours as you like, a matching circular needle, some stuffing and material for the eyes, and off you are knitting up your own flock! The pattern is rather elaborate despite the fact that the owls are so tiny. Beginners learn how to work a provisional cast on, short rows and three-needle bind-off with my tutorials – the owls are so tiny, you just don’t care if it takes you more tries to get the desired result. And if you are a seasoned knitter, just print out the pages 3 to 6 and start with the fun!
Please note: If you already bought Owl Family Shuhuu, don’t buy this pattern – it’s included in the Shuhuus
These knitting and crocheting techniques you already master: cast on, bind off, knit, purl; crocheting: chain stitch
Included tutorials: decreases, increases, provisional cast on, short rows, 3-needle bind off
Have fun knitting! Yours Steffi from cats & hats
