This doll has a crocheted body with knitted clothing.
I have had so much fun designing this doll inspired by the concept of the paper dolls I used to love as a child. I remember hours of enjoyment carefully cutting out their paper wigs and clothing and then dressing them up. One moment, the cardboard doll would have lovely long blonde flowing locks, and then the next, a cute head of dark curls.
This is what I now present to you: One basic doll body with a variety of wigs and clothing to suit every child’s taste and imagination. I trust you will have as much fun making them for the special little people in your life as I have had creating them. New outfits with matching wigs will be added regularly, so be sure to keep an eye out for them as they become available.

I am from Johannesburg, South Africa.
Some would comment that I live in my own little world of imaginary creatures and all things fey. To them I ask, does the wind not exist simply because we do not see it?
Whether it be an old bottle cap, a skein of yarn, scraps of material, a piece of wire or a block of wood, I love to spend time creating things of whimsy that I trust will be found to be fun, refreshing and enjoyable to others.
I am also a published cross stitch designer having done work for and with Quick & Easy Cross Stitch magazine (UK), Cross Stitcher magazine (UK), Jeanette Crews Design (USA) as well as DMC Paris.
