Crafty Intentions CROCHET PATTERN Kraken (printable PDF-file / 45 pages)
Developed by Megan Lapp aka Crafty Intentions, this pattern is for a Kraken! This pattern is written in U.S. terminology.
This creature from the depths is yearning to slink right off your hook and into your bathtub!! Make sure to secure all boats, lighthouses and fishermen before setting one loose in your home! The effect is amigurumi-like, though there are some distinct techniques used that are not used in single crochet-only amigurumi. The gauge is not crucial to the pattern as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing.
This pattern is 45 pages long. The last 10 pages of the PDF are a text-only printer-friendly version of the pattern. To conserve on printer ink, you can selectively print these pages. However, I strongly recommend you still refer to the photographic illustrations throughout the pattern if you have any questions.
This pattern is available in English, Spanish, German, and French. Translations can be found in the ZIP file attached. Este patrón está disponible en español. Diese Anleitung ist sowohl auf Deutsch erhältlich. Une traduction française du patron est maintenant disponible.
