Materials you need at home:
- Color A: Arbeitsstrumpf sockyarn 6-ply color from Fischer Wolle (fingering weight)color: berry-gray (70% wool 30% polyamid 50 g / 150 m / 164 y) 3 balls. Color B: Sidney from Fischer Wolle (DK weight) color: gray (100 % wool 50g / 105m / 114y) 3 balls.
- Needles: US 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle.
- Other: Tapestry needle, a pair of scissors, crochet hook, row counter (optional).
Knitting pattern shawl Mika Gauge: 18 stitches and 38 rows in 4 inches (10 cm) in garter stitch after blocking. Gauge is not crucial for this project, but changes might result in a smaller/larger shawl and different yardage requirement.
Measurements: Appr. 68“ (170 cm) measured from tip to tip and appr. 19“ (48 cm) depth measured at deepest point in the middle of the shawl.
