Materials you need at home:
- Materials: Color A: 200g Baby Smiles Merino Mix from Schachenmayr DK weight in white 50g / 120m / 131y (50% wool, 50% polyamids). Color B: 100g Sidney from Fischer Wolle DK weight in gray 50g / 105m / 115y (100% wool).
- Needles: US 7 (4.5 mm) circular needle. If you are a very tight knitter as me, it is the best to bind off with a US 8 (5 mm) neelde.
- Other: 4 Stitch markers, tapestry needle, row counter (optional). If you´d like to add some Fringes, you need a crochet hook size 3.5 mm or size 4 mm.
Knitting pattern shawl "Keyla"
Gauge: Therefore 19 stitches and 39 rows to 4 inches (10 cm) in garter stitch, after blocking. Gauge is not crucial for this project, but changes might result in a smaller/larger shawl and different yardage requirement.
Measurements: Appr. 80“ (200 cm) measured from tip to tip and appr. 29“ (72 cm) measured at deepest point in the middle of the shawl, after blocking.
