I designed and made this knitted jumper with Stylecraft Carnival (Sydney) yarn. I fell in love with the vibrant ocean-like colourway so I had to have it! I wanted to make something I could wear, and I love making jumpers, so I decided to make one using this yarn. It's super soft and easy to work with! I decided to use larger knitting needles to give the jumper a 'holey' and unique look, which suits the yarn and makes the colours stand out. This project is quick and easy to knit up. Simple knit stitches, purl stitches, increases and decreases are used in this project. A beginner knitter with basic knowledge of increases/ decreases is able to make this jumper. I would love to see a photo if you use this pattern! Send your own Knitted Carnival Jumper photo to knitsbyjessicajade@hotmail.com. Happy Knitting! Jess x
