Samples are sewn in wool blends and polyester suitings. For this pattern, I recommend light to medium weight woven fabrics with a good drape such as wool or cotton suiting, wool crepe, lightweight wool tweed, cotton twill, Tencel, linen-cotton blends, 3-ply and 4-ply silk crepe.
Samples are shown paired with the Tyra Tee (available in the shop).
Just Patterns products are meant for fashion lovers and dressmakers who already know the basics of sewing. In case you need help sewing your tee, I curate a list of useful information on the resource page!
Just Patterns
Just Patterns is a line of digital sewing patterns inspired by luxury Ready-to-wear and produced in Paris. Through high-end detail-oriented sewing patterns, my goal is to help you create beautiful clothes you will love forever.
My name is Delphine, I am French and I started sewing 20 years ago. As a teen, I was obsessed with the idea of recreating garments that I couldn't afford. I read many books, old and new. I took pattern making and draping classes at prestigious fashion schools in New York and Paris. I went to see fashion exhibitions, and I looked inside all the luxury clothes I could get my hands on. But most importantly, I took advantage of the immense knowledge being shared by the online sewing community.
I hope that you will join me in sewing our dream wardrobes, one unique garment at a time!
