This embroidery design is not a finished product, only digital file.

Once design has been sent there will NOT be a refund issued, no exchange and no replace with any other. If the file is corrupt or bad it will be replaced with the exact same file you ordered with the same size and format.

You must have an embroidery machine in order to use this design and hardware to transfer it to your machine. You need a software to unzipped. You are responsable to determinate if the file is compatible with your machine or software.

I try to punch all of my digitized embroidery design, if you encounter any problems, please contact me. Resizing or editing the design is not recommended and the quality of the design cann’t be guaranteed if altered. A knowledge of embroidery machine is usefull but the design can be embroidered easily. The instructions are in english and french, with a photo for each step.

You may stitch my design for personal use only, items cann’t be sold. The digital design files are not to be resold, traded, copied, changed, shared or altered.
