Knit your way to nostalgia with this pattern, a frozen treat for your teapot!
Chasing the nostalgic jingles of ice-cream vans, I embarked on a design that pays homage to frozen delights. Behold the Ice Cream Van Tea Cosy!
Picture this: lemon and pink yarn intertwining like summer memories. The main cosy takes centre stage, but perched atop it is the ‘cab’ to complete the ice-cream van. The cab boasts a recessed window, where the ice-cream seller stands, ready to take your orders.
But that’s not all - the front of the cab flaunts two giant ice-cream cones, like sweet sentinels guarding the teapot’s frozen treasures. So, my fellow knitters, cast on those stitches, and let the cosy magic unfold!
It's a 6 page knitting pattern that is easy to follow and mainly worked in stocking stitch. There is a help video on YouTube to show you how to cast on in the middle of a row. The link is included in the pattern. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AaTusymmzaM
The Ice Cream Van tea cosy fits a medium sized teapot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting very soon!
This product is the knitting pattern only to make your own Ice Cream Van tea cosy.

I design and knit unique tea cosies. I really love designing exciting and unusual tea cosies, its great fun and people don’t mind having an over the top tea cosy. Plus they are a great talking point at tea time and make for brilliant knitting projects.
I have quite a following with regular customers who regularly buy my latest designs from my website TeaCosyFolk.co.uk
I have had a couple of patterns printed in the Simply Knitting Magazine, which is very exciting.
