Hoony is an oversize T-shirt or sweatshirt pattern for girls available from 2 to 16 years old. The bust is wide, with a round neckline and comes with 3 different hems: classic length, crop-top or asymmetrical hem (shorter in the front than in the back). Hoony is a drop shoulder garment, the armholes are in the extension of the body. You can add short sleeves with fold up hems (which reach the elbow) or long sleeves finished with ribbed cuffs. Hoony can be a T-shirt if it is sewn in jersey fabric or a sweatshirt/jumper with a thicker fabric. It is very comfortable to wear. The type of armholes makes it a very easy pattern to sew, ideal for beginners who want to get started with stretch fabrics.
