Materials you need at home:
- 15 cm (6 in) of silk crĂŞpe satin
- sewing thread in a matching color
- 22cm (9 in) long elastic, 3mm thick
- utensils: pins, a hand sewing needle, if you would like to you can use a sewing machine with a standard needle (7-80 gauge), paper scissors, fabric scissors, a ruler or tape measure, an ironing board and an iron
DESIGN
Bring a touch of luxury to your everyday life with our zero waste scrunchie pattern. We prefer silk for this, but your imagination is the limit! If you don't have a sewing machine, you can also sew the scrunchies by hand. Our designer Juliana shows you how to do it, step by step, in our free video tutorial. It is very easy to sew and therefore also suitable for beginners at the sewing machine. For each sewing pattern there is a free "sew along" video tutorial.
