The Frankie Dress is a buffet style mini dress. It features a self lined cross over bodice, puff sleeves and a two tiered gathered skirt. This dress has a relaxed, oversize fit. There is the option of pumping up the volume in the dress by increasing the amount of gathered fabric in each tier.
