Developed by Megan Lapp aka Crafty Intentions, this pattern is for an Eyeball Monster! This pattern is written in U.S. terminology.
These mischievous minions are watchful and sneaky. They love to hide your keys, and they mainly subside on pocket lint. The gauge is not crucial to the pattern as long as the stitches are tight enough to hold stuffing. There are an almost endless way to make these little monsters, and they work up super quick! With this pattern you can make a Smooth, Warty, or Tentacle Bodied Eyeball Monster. You can include Arms, Wings, and/or Horns. You can make the Tentacles Long or short, and the bodies also come in a several sizes. You can use this pattern with 20mm Colored Iris safety eyes or 16 mm Black safety eyes and use Yarn to create the Iris (as per the instructions). You can also create a smooth or warty eyelid. Create your own custom Eyeball Monster! And why stop at one when you can easily make a dozen!
Bonus: Buy Clear Safety eyes and experiment with painting them yourself for an even MORE custom look!
This pattern is a total of 44 pages containing a full set of written instructions with photographic illustrations. The last 14 pages of the PDF are a full set of printer-friendly, text-only instructions, but I strongly recommend you still refer to the photographic illustrations throughout the pattern if you have any questions.
