These socks combine elegance with a fun dot design. The dots are made by knitting bobbles, which add a bit of texture to the otherwise simple pattern.
Solid colors will give your socks a clean look, while speckled or variegated yarns will lead to a more playful pair of socks.
The heel is a German short row heel and for the toe we knit a wedge toe.
Gauge: 31 stitches and 39 rows to 10 cm
To knit one pair of socks you will need about 100 g sock yarn (4-ply).
The pattern is written for shoe sizes 22-47 (EU) and you need to cast on a multiple of 8 stitches.
The pattern calls for DPNs in 2.75 mm, but you can also use the Magic loop technique.
The pattern includes step-by-step instructions for the heel and toe and charts for the dot designs.

haalu
My name is Hilke and I am a knitter from Aachen, who loves to sew. Haalu has already been around since June 2013. First I sold handmade purses, pencil cases or mobile phone cases on Dawanda, simply because I didn't need as much stuff as I was making. :) Some time ago I have started writing my own sewing and knitting ebooks to help others find their own enjoyment in crafting.
