Crochet pattern for a lovely and reversible hearts baby blanket.
I love this design and had so much fun crocheting it! Despite its complex "look", this heart baby blanket is actually quite easy to make. It utilizes a simple technique I developed called Reversible Image Crochet. This technique eliminates the carrying of multiple strands of yarn. It also gives you clear images that are identical (in opposing colors) on both sides of your work! That’s right; this heart blanket is COMPLETELY REVERSIBLE! I hope you will give crocheting it a try. I taught this Reversible Image Crochet technique at the Creative Festival here, in Toronto, and the feedback from my students was really, really positive.
Thank you for checking out my hearts baby blanket!
This KnotYourselfOut crochet hearts baby blanket is named: BABY'S BLANKET'S GOT HEART.
This blanket measures approximately 30” wide and 27” long.
It would obviously make a lovely gift for any lucky baby, and I think it would also make a really special photo prop.
This crochet heart baby blanket pattern is suitable for an intermediate crocheter. It uses standard (US) English crochet terminology. It has been tested for clarity and accuracy by a professional crochet designer. In addition, it contains many step-by-step how-to photos. I am confident this pattern will make for a happy crochet experience (and a very nice heart blanket).
