Pattern No 29 Ring of Flowers Bag

This is a pattern for a simple round bag decorated with a ring of colourful flower appliques. It's a perfect everyday little girl's bag.

This pattern uses UK (ch, dc, htr, and tr sts)/US (ch, sc, hdc and dc sts) and works up really quickly, so is ideal for beginners. My pattern includes lots and LOTS of photograph to help you through each step. It made in a 100% Cotton DK yarn but you could use a bigger or smaller yarn with a corresponding hook to alter the size of the bag.

(If you are unsure which one to use, the UK/European file uses terms like htr=half treble and the US/American file uses terms like sc=single crochet and hdc=half double crochet. Hope this helps!)
