*** Pattern No 28 Rainbow Heart Handbag and Mini Heart Bunting ***

This is a pattern for a colourful rainbow heart-shaped crochet girls' handbag and a supercute matching mini bunting! Both are really simple to make and can easily be made in one sitting!

This bag uses chain basic sts: ss, ch, dc, tr and dtr sts (UK) or ss, ch, sc, dc and tr sts (US), so is ideal for beginners. The pattern includes lots and LOTS of photographs to help you through each step where the heart shape is formed. It is made in a 100% Cotton DK yarn but you could use a different yarn with a corresponding hook if you wanted.

The mini heart bunting is made with 7 hearts but you could easily add more to make a longer bunting, three of each colour might look nice?? :-)

The bag measures 6¼in/16cm high and 6in/15cm wide, with a strap that measures 38in/97cm. Each mini heart is 1⅜in/3.75cm high and 1½in/4cm wide with the seven heart bunting measuring 10½in/27cm in length.
