The finished elf is about 18 cm tall and does not require difficult crochet techniques, so it should also be feasible for a beginner.

The instructions are 9 pages long and contain lots of photos and can be done by a beginner, as there are no fancy techniques needed.

Needed equipment:

• hook no 2,5 mm/ 11/ C
• darning needle
• scissors

Needed materials:

• 50 g green (212)
• left overs in red (115), white, grey (172), yellow (280), blue (384) and nude (433)
• stuffing

Gauge: 24 stitches * 22 rows = 10* 10 cm/ 4* 4 inches (Schachenmayr Catania) The crochet gnome will be about 18 cm / 7 inches tall.
