This beautiful cropped cardigan falls wonderfully because of the front panels, which flare out and is closed with 1 button at the wide neck. The sleeves have a 3/4-length for a stylish and fashionable look.
I have knitted this cardigan with a blend of superfine alpaca, merino and viscose (Lang Yarns Aymara) which is more suitable for fall and winter. If you would change the yarn to a cotton mix this cardigan will be for spring and summer.
Cardigan Vera - This cardigan has a beautiful lace and mini cable design in right and left front part (no cable needle required for mini cable) - This cardigan has a negative ease (between 4 and 17 cm depending on size) - The cardigan consists of a back piece, a left and a right front piece and 2 sleeves. - Along the front pieces you have to pick up stitches for the border. - For the collar at the neck you need to pick up stitches, knit a border and make a buttonhole
This cardigan is described in 5 sizes (S, M, L, XL and XXL) and the pattern is available in English.
Level intermediate: you should have knowledge of simple lace stitches, picking up stitches for the borders and assembling the garment.
