With the Winter Rose pattern you can make a chic blazer that you can wear for all occasions. It is very easy to sew and does not need to be lined (provided you use wool, fleece or knitted fabrics).
Despite the simple cut, the blazer looks very feminine and has that certain something extra with the sleeve cuffs and shawl collar.
Fit/lining:
Figure-hugging - waisted cut. Lining is not required for fuller/knitted fabrics, otherwise yes. Lining is not discussed in the sewing instructions.
