Hennie is the largest of the little group & is very protective of her smaller friends. She loves to be in charge of all nest decorations & can often be found sitting on the fence keeping watch for neighbourhood cats & fending off meddlesome squirrels from the bird feeder. She has a very keen interest in nest decor & will stop at nothing to bring home the fluffiest moss & the most bendy twigs for total home comfort. Coco is a keen follower of fashion & can usually be found watching the world go by from her perch above her favourite coffee shop sign. She has a bit of a sweet tooth & prefers hunting for tasty crumbs around bistro tables to chasing down worms. Coco has been known to take quite a risk to get her beak on the tastiest crumbs from her favourite almond croissants, blueberry muffins & hot buttered tea cakes. Blu is the cutest little bird in the world & a very talented artist. She uses her tiny size to her advantage when it comes to collecting craft supplies including buttons, coins & wool, (well, the wool collection involves more of a conscious unravelling of knitwear hung out to dry...but it’s all in a good cause) & will soon be opening her very own ‘nest boutique’ specialising in tiny pompom hats, edible suet ball sculptures & wing studs.
