The “aviator hat” is a basic cut for a two-layer aviator/reversible hat. It is sewn round so that the pattern is not interrupted by a continuous seam at the front. This looks nicer and the hat adapts perfectly to the round shape of the head. Depending on the season, this hat can be sewn from jersey or fleece.
