The Beltie Tea Cosy Knitting Pattern makes this adorable belted Galloway tea cosy, she's such a lovely looking cow. It's called beltited due to the white strip or belt about it's middle.
To give the Belted Galloway tea cosy that woolly look, I used King Cole Cuddles Chunky, which is very insulating with its texture which knits up to give a nice nap to the finished cosy.
The Beltie tea cosy is a lovely cosy and I can see people who love farm animals and the countryside as well and people who love Scotland enjoying this cosy.
About her feet in the thick lush grass are thistles. I thought they would add a nice touch of colour to the cosy and again it harks back to the breeds heritage.
The Beltie tea cosy fits a medium sized tea pot that covers a Teapot that holds 6 to 8 cups or 2 pints.
The pattern will be available for digital download as soon as you have completed purchase, so you could start knitting her very soon!
This product is the knitting pattern only to make your own Beltie tea cosy.

I design and knit unique tea cosies. I really love designing exciting and unusual tea cosies, its great fun and people don’t mind having an over the top tea cosy. Plus they are a great talking point at tea time and make for brilliant knitting projects.
I have quite a following with regular customers who regularly buy my latest designs from my website TeaCosyFolk.co.uk
I have had a couple of patterns printed in the Simply Knitting Magazine, which is very exciting.
