The bee gnome is looking forward to spring like a snow king when everything is in full bloom. Great as a small addition to spring decorations or as a small gift.

The instructions are 12 pages long and contain lots of photos, plus an explanation of the beehive.

Standard crochet skills are sufficient.

The instructions can be downloaded as a digital e-book immediately after purchase and are available in German and English.

needed equipment:

• hook size 2.5/ 11/ C and 3/12/ D (only for the hat)
• darning needle
• scissors
• sewing needle

needed material:

• 50 g black and yellow (208)
• scraps in light yellow (280), natural (263) and beige (287)
• I used sock wool for the beard, a remnant of it
• stuffing
• a small stick, approximately 6 cm/1,5 inches long and 3 mm in diameter (a toothpick would also work)
• a few meters of jute cord
• glue
• aluminum foil

Gauge: 24 stitches * 22 rows = 10* 10 cm/ 4* 4 inches (Schachenmayr Catania) The finished gnome will be approximately 18 cm tall.

The gnome itself may be resold as long as a note: "Crocheted according to a pattern from Masche-fuer-Masche!" is included with a suitable link.
