- 1 ball laceweight Kid Mohair (just over 100 meters is required for the scarf)
- 176 seed beads, size 6/0 (colour A)
- 196 seed beads, size 6/0 (colour B)
- 176 seed beads, size 6/0 (colour C)
- 3.75 mm (US 5) needles
This lacy scarf, embedded with beads is an elegant addition to any wardrobe. Wrap it around your neck a couple of times and tie it at your throat for an opulent ascot or wrap it once around your neck and fling it over both shoulders. The weight of the beads holds the feather-light kid mohair in place when you wear it. The natural bias of the simple lace pattern creates a graceful diagonal point at both ends which looks difficult, but is simple to achieve.
