The All Ruler Bag is designed to conveniently carry or store different shapes and sizes of quilting and patchwork rulers. The bag has 9 compartments. The 3 pockets at the front are just big enough to keep rulers safe there. In each pocket there is an additional compartment that is ideal for small rulers. Since these compartments are made of elastic material, small spools of thread also fit in here. The height of these compartments is designed in such a way that the contents remain easily accessible. On the back there is a pocket e.g. for medium-sized rulers. This pocket also has an extra compartment. This means that thinner and thicker rulers (e.g. patchwork or rulerwork) can be stored separately from each other. The main compartment is also closable. Rulers up to a size of 31 cm x 31 cm (or 12 1/2" x 12 1/2") can be storage here. With no loose lining or inner seams, the ruler always slides smoothly into your pocket and the bag adapts to its inner volume. The bag straps are long enough to comfortably carry the bag over your shoulders. The instructions also help you with the eventual extension of the bag to your desired length. There is also a little extra instruction for building a special pocket e.g. for a single ruler! The different areas enable a harmonious combination of sewing techniques like quilting, patchwork, FPP, EPP, embroidery…
Bag for patchwork and quilting rulers, for workshops
Flor de Costura
I plan and design my products in Berlin. I try to be original and support different craft activities. My patterns not only describe the way to the product, but also pass on useful tips about sewing. The customers are also confronted with various interfacing, they are well described with each project. The idea behind this way of pattern is that the performance of the pattern does not end with the completion of the product; the knowledge can help in future projects. I value exclusivity, use and quality. If you are interested, you can find out more about the background of each product on my Instagram account (@flordecostura). It's also worth watching the videos in the "Reels" section, because I also publish good sewing tips that appear in several of my instructions!
