This baby pram blanket is inspired by the Coronation Robe made by Ede and Ravenscroft. With another Royal baby due this year, it made me think that it's not only Kate and William that have princes and princesses; every one thinks their new little baby is a prince or princess, so they should get the Royal treatment too.
The Baby's Royal Pram Blanket is a modest sized blanket perfect for the pram or mosses basket at 48cm wide and about 60cm long.
The blanket is knitted in double knitting wool with the royal crown logo and baby's initials knitted into the main part of the blanket. All letters are provided in the pattern for you to personalise the blanket. The blanket has a snugly edging with a black spot effect to represent the fur edging of the original Royal robe.
The blanket looks super cute on baby but can also be used as a photo prop as baby learns to sit up. Pin the top of the blanket to little ones shoulders and let them wear it as a cloak. Take the photo from behind with them looking over their shoulder at the camera - adorable!
The perfect baby blanket for your little prince or princess.

I design and knit unique tea cosies. I really love designing exciting and unusual tea cosies, its great fun and people don’t mind having an over the top tea cosy. Plus they are a great talking point at tea time and make for brilliant knitting projects.
I have quite a following with regular customers who regularly buy my latest designs from my website TeaCosyFolk.co.uk
I have had a couple of patterns printed in the Simply Knitting Magazine, which is very exciting.
